Many people don’t realize that the symptoms they experience—such as chronic fatigue, digestive issues, brain fog, or weight gain—often stem from deeper imbalances in their lifestyle and health. By making these “Better Bad Choices,” you can enjoy your favorite flavors while still staying on track with your health goals.
