  • Your products will be stored in a temperature-controlled environment ensuring potency once received.
     
  • Your temperature sensitive products, such as probiotics, will be stored and shipped according to strict guidelines to ensure potency of the live cultures. 
     
  • Your orders will be shipped 5 days a week and will go out same day when ordered by 1pm EST.
