Ingredients
Any veggies from your fridge/freezer (onions, peppers, broccoli all great choices)
A protein source (chicken, chicken sausage, beef, turkey)
1/2

Brown Rice

Black Beans

Instructions
Thaw any chicken or chicken sausage, turkey, beef, whatever you have on hand
Pull any veggies you have in the fridge
If you have a nut oil (peanut, walnut, hazelnut etc) use that, if not olive or coconut oil works great too!
Saute meat and veggies together- if you’d like add ½ cup of beans or ½ cup of brown rice per person
Sprinkle with some sesame seeds AND Voilà
