Instructions
  1. Thaw any chicken or chicken sausage, turkey, beef, whatever you have on hand
  2. Pull any veggies you have in the fridge
  3. If you have a nut oil (peanut, walnut, hazelnut etc) use that, if not olive or coconut oil works great too!
  4. Saute meat and veggies together- if you’d like add ½ cup of beans or ½ cup of brown rice per person
  5. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds AND Voilà
